Tonight Radio Cuba Canta dedicates its annual Womens' Month presentation to the Women of Cuban Song.
We pay special homage to Maria Teresa Vera and her little known role in the development of the Son Habanero in the late 1910s and early 1920s. We will also hear Graciela, Celia Cruz. Paulina Alvarez, Haila, and many more.
